Most of the fish are recovering!!
We lost the two biggest goldfish, but the others seem to be recovering. We added all kinds of things to the water: a neutralizer, salt, stress medication, ich medication and most of the fish are starting to swim around. Some of them look almost normal, and one of them was even feeding on the algae in the pond. I'm sorry for the two that didn't make it, but am relieved that it appears most of the others will live. There's only one right now that I am a bit worried about.

Yay for the fish! I'm sorry about the two you lost (and surprised that it was the larger ones, figured they'd be stronger) but I'm glad that most of them will survive!
