Ralph had an appointment today with Dr. Makes You Wait 12 Hours. It was for 1:30. Ralph got there at 1:40. He was told that he was too late; Dr. MYW12H had *left* because there were no patients. Mind you, the normal wait time in his office *with an appointment* is 2-3 hours, and he couldn't wait 15 minutes, or even call to see if Ralph was on his way before walking out the door? RIDICULOUS!!!
