Today our friends Moon & MH2 came over to help work on the haunted house. The Manly Men put together the last few walls while MH2 & I did the painting. We also tested the web-sprayer which makes some lovely cobwebs. Afterward working on the walls we went to the local Indian restaurant for dinner (delicious as always!).
Ralph spent most of yesterday clearing out the red room, putting up some shelves & moving the books out of the old stand-up bookcases and onto the new shelving. The goal is to make the room usable & comfortable instead of just the cluttered disaster that it usually is. Plus, now that the books are in single rows rather than stacked two-deep in the cases we can see what we've got. Came across quite a few that I haven't read in a long time, which means I won't be spending money at the bookstore for a while.
Well, that's about it I'm afraid. Looks like Big Sis has a new post so I'm off to read her blog.
