Took a short hike at Ice House Canyon (Mt. Baldy) this morning. Saw several Stellar's jays, a couple woodpeckers, and this rather handsome little snake. Based on a Google search, I believe he is a striped whipsnake. Pretty cool, eh?

Ohh... what a pretty snake! I know most people don't like them, and though I wouldn't own a snake, I appreciate their beauty.
