Just some photos
Ebelskivers! Ralph & I went to Buellton over Labor Day weekend, and of course no trip to Buellton is complete without skipping over to Solvang for these tasty treats. So yummy!
Of course the horse turned its head away just as I was able to get through all the tourists & line up a photo. Ah, well, Ralph looks good at least :-)
Leaflets three, let it be! Saw lots of poison ivy, especially on the path to the river. This particular bit was directly behind our campsite. Luckily none of us--not even the dogs--got into any & we had a rash-free vacation.
Flying Flags has made some changes since our last visit, including adding a dog park! As you can see, Hali enjoyed visiting it. Zoe is in the background visiting with some other dogs. Sadie was with us, too, but was too far off to the side to make it into this particular photo.
Our campsite. Poor old trailer is definitely the worse for wear and I don't know how many more trips we'll be able to take in it.
Prior to our trip, we had family over for Lizard's birthday. Dad, Ralph, and The Boy played several rousing games of crokinole. Here, Ralph uses a magnifying glass to verify if a disputed shot was a ringer or not (verdict: definitely a ringer).

Susan,
ReplyDeleteThank you for your comment on my blog. I am going to look into that Andean plying and see what it's about too. Since I'm rather new at spinning, I appreciate any suggestions others might send my way.
